Kostas Giannikoulis is a real estate broker with over 24 years of experience spanning market cycles, development, and investment properties, Kostas brings a strategic, data-driven approach to helping clients build wealth through real estate.

Early Beginnings

Kostas began his Real Estate Career at a young age, joining Coldwell Banker in 2002, developing a passion in the residential sector by converting renters into first time buyers. What started as an interest in properties quickly evolved into a career focused on helping clients make smart real estate decisions.

Early on, Kostas built his business on relationships, gaining market knowledge and a commitment to long-term client success- principles that have built and define his approach today.

The Market Crash

During the market downturn, Kostas gained invaluable experience navigating one of the most challenging real estate environments in recent history.

While many stepped away, Kostas leaned in helping clients identify opportunities, negotiate distressed properties, and build long-term value. These years shaped his disciplined, data-driven approach and ability to guide clients through any market cycle.

3 Sixty Properties

In 2007, Kostas started his own brokerage 3 Sixty Properties with a vision to provide full-service real estate solutions from traditional residential sales to development and investment strategy purchases.

Through 3 Sixty Properties, Kostas expanded beyond the traditional brokerage; keying in on investment opportunities via foreclosures, short sales, and distressed properties.

This brokerage of 4 agents sparked redevelopment projects and long-term wealth-building strategies for clients by capitalizing on the down market.

Fixing & Flipping

In 2009; in addition to beginning his own brokerage, Kostas developed hands-on experience through renovating and flipping properties.

His first flip came amongst the downward trajectory of the market; relying on speed to fix & flip a project within 3 weeks and bring to market

significantly below traded comps. This was a marketable 'deal' and sold quickly, which proved out the concept.

Having this real-world investment experience gives clients a unique advantage, from understanding renovation costs to identifying value-add opportunities.

Today, after over 100 flipped properties, Kostas continues to leverage this experience to help sellers maximize value and buyers identify hidden potential.
